We tried to leave a gift for the bride and groom on their wedding night, but the staff were drunk as if they weren’t working, they didn’t clarify anything, the air conditioning didn’t work, and when we called the reply was “open the window and someone will come up to fix it.” Surprise, no one came… Anyway, a four‑star hotel with a staff that feels like -10. I would not book there again.

The location was very good, but I wasn’t offered breakfast. A waiter didn’t recognize us as guests and basically kicked us out of the dining area because people were eating and we couldn’t look. It was absurd.

The suite turned out to be pretty spacious even though it was advertised as one of the smaller ones, and the director Jorge and his whole team were exceptionally kind and professional, making our short stay a real pleasure – 100 % would recommend.
