I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent staff and a very comfortable room. The location was perfect, but I did wish there was an iron and a small ironing board in my room to make my stay even more convenient.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The tropical forest view was breathtaking, and the hotel's location was safe and close to my destination, the Beliti river mouth. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

I had a great time swimming with my child at the hotel's pool, but unfortunately, the bathroom in our room was not very clean, and the food delivery to our room took an unacceptably long time.

I booked three rooms for my family and stayed for three nights, but unfortunately, the bathroom amenities were not replenished on the second and third days, despite my complaints. When I checked out, the receptionist seemed dismissive of my issue, asking if that was the only problem without offering any apologies for the inconvenience.
