“Великолепно!”
The place is exactly what I’d recommend to fellow travelers. The hosts are incredibly kind and warm, making you feel like visiting good friends rather than just another guest. The house feels very cozy. The new yurt turned out to be simply magnificent, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom and shower are in perfect condition—especially appreciated after a long motorcycle ride. A special thanks for breakfast; during the past weeks of travel, this was the first breakfast that truly satisfied me and let me ride the rest of the day without worry. I was especially glad to be the first motorcyclist to stop here. I hope many travelers will visit after me. If you’re heading along the most beautiful road, Ala-Buka – Zhan-Bazar – Kara-Buura toward Talas or Bishkek, make sure to stop here for at least one night; I’m sure you won’t regret it. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
“ケルベンに泊まる際はまた必ず泊まりたい。”
The room was spacious and the interior was lovely. There was a yurt in the garden, and I was let stay there. Breakfast was tasty. The owner spoke English and carefully explained the Marshrutka schedule, even called the driver for me, which was very helpful. It’s a bit away from the city center, about a 15‑minute walk, which was just right for a stroll. There was no sign, and it looked like an ordinary house, so it was hard to find.
The hostel is super nice and helpful! And the breakfast was great!
“splendid”
One of my best stays in Kyrgyzstan. Eliza is a very welcoming and warm person. The breakfast was heavenly!
“Excellent, lovely, highly recommended!”
This is a wonderful place to stay in Kerben. Having previously lived in the Aksy district as a volunteer, I can say that this guest house is exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well‑equipped for being in such a rural (and beautiful) area. Eliza speaks excellent English and is a gracious and considerate host. While we didn’t sleep in the yurt, we checked it out and found it to be clean and comfortable like our rooms. Our beds were very, very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The property is not in the center of Kerben, but the center is easy to walk to. This distance is actually a good thing as it means that the property is separate from the noise of the center, and allows you to see how ordinary people in Kerben live.
