“¡Un lugar mágico e inolvidable!”

Reserva Natural Selva Moja is a fantastic and truly beautiful place. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t your spot, as the amenities are very basic, but the real magic of the place lies in its location. You’re completely surrounded by jungle, wildlife, and the sea. It’s a unique experience to disconnect and live nature in its purest state. Totally recommended! Because it’s remote from other villages, there is an extra cost to pick us up where the boat drops us off. In Arusí they wait for us and take us to accommodation for an additional fee, which they clearly informed me about when I booked.

Be warned, this place has some major issues. They jack up the price right before you arrive and don't honor the booking price. The boat ride from Arusi costs an extra 200,000 COP round trip. The place itself feels like a construction site, with no light and a bunch of deep holes. The guiding is done by a young kid because the official guide would rather watch TV. The mattress is ridiculously hard, like sleeping on a wooden board.

“Back to basic in een fantastische natuur!”

We loved our stay here! We got to see whales, explore the jungle, and discover a beautiful waterfall. The family who runs the place is really nice too.

“Une perle entre forêt et océan”

This place is magical - you're surrounded by tropical forest and right on the beach. It's a bit isolated, but worth it. You can walk through the forest, which is teeming with wildlife and plants, and there are giant trees everywhere. The beach is deserted, with a freshwater river flowing into the ocean and a stunning waterfall nearby with natural pools to swim in. The owners, Henry and his wife, are super friendly and have some great stories about the area.
