The communication was excellent and the welcome was great, but the beds were far from comfortable; two slats were missing from the mattress frame, and we slept terribly.

The historic building is charming and the spacious, nicely decorated room impressed me; Mireille, the host, is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, and we also enjoyed a generous three‑course dinner—everything here is very well maintained.

The accommodation is an old house from the eighteenth century with a beautiful garden; we rode our bike along the ViaRhona, the atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant, and breakfast gave us plenty of energy for the day. We arrived late, so the single night felt too short.
