We had a wonderful stay at La Maison du Bled in Essaouira, where we were welcomed with a lot of kindness and attention. We highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Gérald who treated us to a delicious dinner and truly spoiled us. It was a pleasure to share beautiful moments with him during our stay.

A very nice experience at La Maison du Bled with an simply incredible host. You feel more like staying with a friend than with a typical host. The room is clean and very nicely decorated. The pool is very pleasant, at the right temperature. My only regret is that I only stayed for two nights… but I will definitely return!

I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of La Maison du Bleed. The artwork created by the owner adds a unique touch and gives the place a lot of charm. It’s a characterful and soulful spot. It’s a bit far from the city.

This isn’t a typical hotel; it feels more like being invited to someone’s home. The host, Gerald, shares fascinating stories from a rich life as a fashion photographer and artist. The place is filled with paintings and pictures. Gerald is very open and nice. When I didn’t have food for the evening, he invited me to dinner, of course. The garden with the pool is also very nice. I will remember this place.

A stunning spot that really dazzles the eyes, super quiet with a delicious pool. We were greeted by Mr Gérald, a big‑hearted guy who went out of his way to make our stay wonderful—thanks again. Nothing to complain about.
