The staff were enthusiastic and caring, with receptionists Ngân, Trân and Thới going above and beyond. The room was clean and looked out onto a fresh garden.

The only bright spot was the friendly woman at reception. The rest of the stay was a letdown: the room was extremely humid and hard to breathe, and it felt uncomfortable. It was also dirty—hair in the bathroom, used towels in the kids’ room, and leftover cookie crumbs. Breakfast required pre‑ordering and only offered Vietnamese dishes; my child got soup with hair in the meat. When we raised the issue, the staff only said “sorry” and offered no compensation or solution.

The staff were genuinely helpful, but there was no breakfast at the hotel; instead, a delivery service supplied it, and the rooms lack air conditioning.
