The only thing I liked was the location, very close to the Barberini station, the metro, and the Trevi Fountain. It was clean and well lit. The fridge didn’t work for the two days we stayed and it was 30 degrees hot. I told Yifan (the person who contacted me via WhatsApp) and he said the fridge had just stopped working that day and that he had notified service, but it was never fixed (the food we bought for breakfast went bad). The bathroom is too small and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t choose it again.

The structure was very well maintained and clean. I had an unexpected room change, but it was resolved quickly and professionally.

Excellent location. It lacked signage, but it was fine for a short stay.

The central location tied everything you could visit together, a great spot. For the price I paid I expected it to be bigger, but overall it’s okay.
