The location, breakfasts, and room were good. I would have preferred a double bed and a warmer blanket during the winter.

I was amazed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged; the staff were polite, the room was cozy and spotless, the bed sheets were pristine and the mattress comfortable, and we even had sea‑view windows, which was a nice bonus.

The rooms were spotless, the staff courteous, and the breakfasts hot, tasty and plentiful; towels were changed daily and rooms were cleaned every day. The only downside was the very noisy guests in the opposite room who nobody could calm down, and the hotel seemed indifferent to that.

This is the best and most convenient hotel in Sukhum; the key feature is its own power supply—there’s a generator, so even during city outages you always have light, heat and good hot‑water pressure. I also want to highlight the staff: very friendly, responsive and caring women. I’ve stayed here once every ten years and plan to keep coming back.

The reception staff were good, towels were changed daily, and the location was perfect. The hotel really needs a fresh renovation: the ceiling vents in the bathroom need cleaning, walls and ceilings in the rooms need dust‑free treatment (dead insects have accumulated), mattresses are heavily flattened, bathroom sinks have chips and cracks, and plaster on the balcony is falling off. The restaurant also needs updates—its menu hasn’t changed in years and the baked rolls are disgusting. The price‑quality ratio is clearly off.
