I liked the cleanliness, the pool, the breakfast, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and polite. The owner was very courteous but clearly a bit obsessive. He seemed to have too many tasks and rushed to meet us on time, even though I thought a paid room should let you enter whenever you want! The morning schedule was also too strict; you have to wake up too early to have breakfast and leave. I didn’t feel relaxed. The strictness about the time made the owner feel uncomfortable, even though he was polite but still a bit obsessive. I also didn’t like that there is a kitchen in the room but you can’t use it.

The building is newly constructed, simply furnished but functional, and the staff is always ready for any need. It’s recommended for stays and isn’t far from the beaches, although you need to move around with transport.

The staff were very kind and present in the property, easily reachable and very helpful. The manager gave us water in the fridge and supplied us with a mosquito diffuser. The room was cleaned daily and done with care, the place was very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and very well furnished with almost new furniture and bed kept in great condition. Once all the windows were closed it was well soundproofed and the air conditioning helped with the nighttime heat. The shared pool added value to the experience and, given the small number of rooms, it was never crowded. The location is good, 25/30 minutes on foot from the center of Termoli and a little less to the beaches, but only 5 minutes by car. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this property, and if we ever return to Termoli we will book here again.

The room was spotless and welcoming, the staff was helpful and kind. It was a bit too close to the highway, and when I was out of the room I could hear the cars passing, especially at night.
