The staff were extremely friendly! The hotel is older but clean.

The staff were extremely friendly and, as always, went out of their way to take care of us. We only had 1 night to spend here.

I thought I would arrive after the lobby closed, but Nel the manager offered to stay until I got there. Excellent customer service. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I just booked another stay for September. All good. This will be my go‑to when I visit Norman👍🏻

The staff were awesome. They even gave a courtesy phone call to confirm what time I would be arriving. For an older hotel it is very well kept and the rooms are exceptional. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will stay again on future trips. There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.
