The lounge offers great options for guests to relax and entertain themselves. We found a cockroach in our room.

The layout is very comfortable and clean; the Japanese‑style room is perfect for a toddler because there’s a play area. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a huge help. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the happy hour is a nice touch! The location is great for being close to many main attractions, but the area around the hotel is very busy, so it might not suit everyone. We also used same‑day luggage forwarding, which was very convenient. Make sure to reserve all baby items in advance. The room had almost no natural light in the main living area because a building blocked it (not ideal when you spend a lot of time in the room with a small child). I also wish basic items like oil, salt, and pepper were available. There weren’t enough high chairs (we forgot to ask for them in advance), so we had to go without for most of our stay. In the end it was okay, but the baby bed provided is smaller than a standard cot, so if your child is older or larger it might be a bit uncomfortable. They do provide bed guards.

I stayed at a hotel that’s not in the city center but within walking distance from the train station (there’s also a 11/7 behind the building). The room we got was large, clean, and had a washer‑dryer. Coffee, hot chocolate, and water were free in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They helped us with our luggage and kept us updated in real time after we left. The only downside was that the beds weren’t very comfortable, and the location isn’t central.
