I’m not sure if I should call this a scam! When we got to the place, nobody knew where we were, we kept getting lost, we tried calling the number on the contact list but it did nothing, the security around the area tried to help but they also failed. The worst experience of our lives after traveling long hours. We had to book somewhere else again.

Nothing good. THIS IS A SCAM, I LOST MY CASH. YOU WILL GET NO INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO ACCESS THE PLACE. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER IN , IT RINGS UNANSWERED. YOU SEND WHATSAPP, THEY GO UNANSWERED. ITS A SCAM, STAY AWAY. I AM JUST DISAPPOINTED THEY FAILED TO GET BACK MY MONEY.

The hotel's location in Nelspruit is great, but the humidity in the area makes it a real challenge. The room itself was clean and tidy, but the lack of proper ventilation or aircon made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. I was looking forward to a good night's sleep, but the heat and moisture made it difficult to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel's design just doesn't seem to be equipped to handle the local climate.

What a disaster. I booked this place online, paid in full, only to find out later that it was unavailable. To make matters worse, it was my daughter's birthday and the whole experience was ruined by the hotel's outdated systems. The staff seemed clueless and unhelpful, which didn't help the situation.
