There was no breakfast offered, and the front desk spent far too much time outside, giving the vibe that they prioritize long‑term residents.

The property was under construction and the staff seemed drugged. There were no amenities, coffee or ice machines, and people were smoking marijuana inside; prostitution was actively happening in the building.

I liked the place, but they told me no rooms were available and I had to book online; the rates are never as cheap as advertised, and the night staff refused to let me leave the office. The evening staff were unhelpful and unfriendliness was obvious; online rates were cheaper.
