The staff were friendly and privacy was respected. The washer and dryers were terrible.

The location and price were good, but the room lacked a microwave. When I asked the night staff about it, he was very rude and repeatedly said “I don’t know.” Every time we needed to warm something, we had to go downstairs to the lobby. I’ve stayed here several times before and never had this experience or rude staff.
