The location near the cruise ship was convenient, but there was no one at the front desk; when I called the hotel’s phone and spoke to the operator, they told us to collect our own keys. When we checked the available rooms, none had working air conditioning, even though the reservation said they did; we had to climb up to the third floor with all our luggage and keep moving between floors with the fans we found in the common areas to avoid dying of heat in the very humid place. At check‑out the nightly rate was 297.000d, but when I asked to pay by card they raised it to 300.000d, and I still don’t know why.

I was met with rude staff and an owner who behaved poorly, and the hotel tried to add a 10% surcharge even though the app said card payments were available; the room itself looked old and untidy.

We got to check in early because no other tourists were around, but the free breakfast we were told about never arrived and there was no one on duty to address the issue.
