The location is great. The tomboy receptionist at the counter doesn’t know how to smile and is ungrateful.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and courteous, and the bed was comfortable. However, the TV was unstable and I couldn’t watch the World Cup semi‑final; it was small but otherwise fine, yet it just didn’t work well at all.

The air conditioner was hot right from the start, and even though there was a standby fan in the room, I had to ask reception to lower the temperature. They told me the double room was full and that switching rooms would cost extra. I felt like the air conditioner was set to hot, so the receptionist went up to the room to reset it, claiming it was still too warm. I could adjust the bed to face the air conditioner, but it was a terrible experience. If I’d known the room was not suitable, I would have asked for a repair instead of staying. I checked in late and just wanted to rest, but ended up with a hot room.
