The host was very friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were excellent. Breakfast was truly outstanding, and the location was ideal for exploring Inverness, with a parking spot just 5 minutes away. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor, which felt a bit dark and cramped.

The hosts were absolutely incredible, the place was spot-on and the location was great—just a 5 minute stroll to downtown Inverness. I’d definitely come back and give a shoutout for everything!

A charming guest house that won’t break the bank, with friendly owners and tasty breakfast. Homemade pastries, clear signage, a cozy bed, and a well‑thought‑out room—even if it’s on the smaller side—complete with a decent en‑suite bathroom. The only downside is the rooms are tight; it’s not a lounge space, but all the basics are covered: a comfy bed, a decent shower, and a window that lets in fresh air after a hot shower.
