The location is very close to the Zilamci center—just ten minutes’ walk or less. Cleanliness is somewhat decent but a bit worn. The best part is the toilet. The staff were friendly, but they didn’t tell us about the free parking nearby outside the city. When we mentioned to the front‑desk clerk that we’d choose the free parking outside, she laughed and suggested we use the paid hotel parking. I think guests should be informed about both paid and free parking options and be free to choose.

“Zentrale Lage mitten in Zell am See”

The central location and the ability to store and charge our e‑bikes in the ski cellar were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. When the window was closed, the heat made it hard to sleep despite the cool night temperature; when the window was open, the noise from trains and traffic was unbearable.

The location was great and the room looked nice, but a few staff members weren't very welcoming.

“Un buen hotel para darte un pequeño capricho en un pueblo con mucho encanto”

It was the most expensive hotel on our Austrian trip, but it was worth every euro. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fully equipped. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a sauna and heated pool, and the breakfast was delicious and very generous. We would definitely stay again. The only downside was that the TV, despite its large size, was old and couldn't sync with any streaming services, so we had to watch the show on our phones.
