The beach area feels like the "Maldives of Egypt," with crystal‑clear water and zero pollution. Staff were flawless—attentive, helpful, and quick, always checking that everything was fine. Room cleanliness was excellent, with nice décor and a lovely welcome basket. Breakfast ranks among the best I've tasted, and the buffet food quality overall was great. Wi‑Fi worked perfectly across the resort, even on the beach, and the room AC was very quiet, creating a super calm environment ideal for rest. We also enjoyed two free SPA hours daily, a well‑equipped gym, and a nice pool area. Highly recommended! On the downside, lunch and dinner felt repetitive; the resort lacks thematic restaurants, so the buffet variety was limited. The All‑Inclusive package excludes minibar refills (you can refill at the bar yourself) and ice cream, which was disappointing for a first‑line beach resort. The entertainment/animation team also fell a bit short of expectations.
