“Ожидание/реальность”
The location is very convenient, buses, trams, and the market are not far. A couple of days before departure they didn’t give us jam, honey, or water for the road (we were driving). The rooms differ from the photos in a very obvious way; the administrator explained that the price isn’t high so the photos are different. When I ran my hands over the nightstands, the TV, the windowsill, and pointed out the dust, they just laughed at me. I understand the furniture might not be new, the renovation might be rough, but it should still be clean. In 11 days they cleaned only once, a towel was brought at 12 am, and when we asked for a fresh set of sheets they gave us a duvet cover, saying everything was in the wash. I was staying with my husband and my mother (who stayed in a separate room). The admins openly flirted with me, calling me different names and constantly asking for my phone number; I find that behavior unacceptable, especially for Muslims. Be prepared for loud music from the café around the corner at night, and for drunk men and women under the windows all the time. The bathroom is small, the sink is 10/25 cm. I asked for a double bed in a two‑person room, but ended up with two single beds, and my husband had to shift them himself. It’s a disaster. If you’re not very tolerant and fall asleep easily, consider staying elsewhere.
