“Not for long stays”
It’s affordable and offers hot and cold showers. There’s free parking. The food from the restaurant isn’t good – the tapsilog hotdog tasted awful. The Wi‑Fi is very, very bad. The pool has no chlorine. The beach is very dirty, with no maintenance; they dig a hole, dump garbage, and cover it with sand.
The friendliness and availability of the young receptionist. The location was inconvenient.
“My stay was okay, except for my concern at the toilet.”
The air‑conditioner was fine, and I could see coconut trees from the balcony. The price of the stay and the food were affordable, and there weren't many people around. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the toilet area: a gap on the floor let water from the bathing area reach the rug near the toilet bowl, keeping it wet. Even the bidet leaked when the water was turned on to fill the flush tank, flooding the floor and rug. The curtain bar also fell when I adjusted it slightly.

Breakfast was supposedly included, but we had to pay at a crappy restaurant further away, so zero breakfast. The place was dirty, full of ants, and half of the building caught fire, so the view was terrible.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was right by the sea. Every evening, loud music played and karaoke was happening; everything could be heard from the room. The air‑conditioner was very noisy, and the shower didn't work.
