Everything was very clean, including the downstairs bar where we had breakfast. However, the pillow was uncomfortable and there was no option for a second pillow in the room; despite the overall cleanliness, there were leftover bits in the corners of the bathtub because of humidity, and the mattress sagged a little in the middle. We called because we were running late, but no one answered the phone.

I couldn't check in when I arrived at 21:00 because everything was closed—restaurants, a gas station, and the hostel. I called several times before arriving, but no one answered the phone. The hostel was closed, and the emergency phone number I called gave no solution. Eventually I stayed at the hotel Versalles, just two minutes away, and everything was great.
