The location is excellent, but apart from Mrs. Anna from housekeeping—who deserves praise for her professionalism and immense kindness—the rest of the staff were truly rude and absent. Especially the girl who welcomed us at check‑in, who was too distracted and unfocused despite our reminders. Check‑in was delayed because the room wasn’t ready at the scheduled time, which was unfair since they demand maximum punctuality for check‑out. The room itself wasn’t bad, though it was small and only suitable for a few days; there were no adequate wardrobes for clothes, and the single closet had just one small shelf that couldn’t hold much. There were no places to hang wet towels after a day at the beach, showing a lack of detail. The bathroom was a different story—terrible. The fixtures were rough, the shower was indescribable, and there were hair and fur present. Finally, the balcony is absolutely unsafe; the railing doesn’t reach the wall, leaving a large gap, which is especially dangerous with a two‑year‑old child.
