Nothing stood out; parking was hard to find, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and we didn’t receive towels or soap. Everything was so bad that the only option seemed to be sleeping in the car.

“Homeless sleeping outside”

A bunch of people were hanging outside, and when I arrived for my hot‑tub room there was no hot tub available.

“Trashy”

I got checked into a double on the first floor because my original room wasn’t ready and was dirty; a dildo and a washcloth were in front of the patio on the ground floor, and the place was noisy from people above. The pillows already looked used and the tissue holder wouldn’t stay on the wall. I only stayed the night because I arrived at 1am, checked out when I woke up, asked for a refund, and got only a one‑day refund that hasn’t appeared on my card yet.

“The price, we just dealt with the inconvenience. Don’t let the pictures fool you.”

The location is close to the interstate, the beds were decent and we were happy with the amount of towels. The flickering lights throughout the Suburban side of the property bothered me, and the room really needed extermination because we found roaches.
