“Comfortable and safe”
Everything about this property lived up to its name; it felt like a five‑star hotel room with a big, comfy bed, plenty of hanging space, a cooler that refilled free water daily, daily cleaning, a beautiful walk‑in shower with a rainhead, a huge TV, and a host named Lucio who left no detail overlooked for comfort. The location was right on the bustling, noisy Spaccanapoli street, but closing the balcony doors made it soundproof. The dining room offered water, coffee, and tea bags for guests, and Lucio was very helpful with local info and taxi calls. There’s nothing to improve; if I ever return to Naples, this is the place I’d choose again.
