“Very good resort for a stay without any issues.”
Everything was well organized, communication was fast and helpful. The room and resort were clean and professionally maintained. Mr. Sugath, who looks after the resort, was very cooperative, supportive and kind. We appreciated the service and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
We are very satisfied with our stay with you and would like to thank you for all the care and service we received during our time at the hotell. Thank you for arranged both transportation and for the activities which made our trip smooth and memorable. We also really liked the excellent location with the beach som close by making it easy to enjoy the sea. “floor finishing not enough / wooden cupboards broken and main shower in the bath room not working”
The dinner was good and tasty, but the location, as you mentioned, Beach resort, is not close to the beach (about 1 km away from the location).
The hotel sits right on the main road, making it super easy to get to, and the whole stay was very nice and relaxing; the staff were also very friendly and helpful.
We are very satisfied with our stay at your place. The room was comfortable, the food was very good and the service was good. The staff were friendly. We felt truly well taken care of and would gladly come back next time.
