The location is perfect for my first visit to SF, the room is very clean and comfortable, cleaned daily, and the staff are nice and friendly. It’s a nice bonus that coffee and tea are always available in the lobby. We loved the stay, though breakfast could offer a bit more variety or change up each day.

The location is fine, but I spent almost a month in the USA staying at various hotels and had to pay deposits with my card. When I returned home, this hotel was the only one still holding my deposit, and despite contacting them it remains on hold—very frustrating.

The staff are friendly and the location is great. There was a cigarette smell in one of the rooms.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are very kind. We had daily issues with our cards, they would deactivate for no reason and we had to replace them.
