I was pleasantly surprised that the staff, food, rooms, and overall vibe felt warm and welcoming, not spooky like the exterior might suggest. The staff were very friendly and engaging, especially Pak Ibrahim‑FO and Pak Alief Ardiano Rambe at the Rooftop Bar, who delivered an amazing level of hospitality. I hope they get more chances to help the hotel grow.

The breakfast and evening bar were amazing - really enjoyed those. No complaints here, it all seemed great.

The staff were super friendly and it's clear they're doing a great job - keep it up! The room was spotless and comfy, and the proximity to RSPP was a major plus for me. One small hiccup: the chiller in the room wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer. Also, they forgot to give me a welcome drink, but that's just a tiny oversight - overall, a great stay!

This place has a great location and the rooms are really spacious, but that's about where the positives end. The room was pretty gross - there were burn marks in the toilet and a hole in the ottoman, and the bed sheets were stained. To make matters worse, the hotel claimed breakfast wasn't included, even though our booking said it was, and customer support basically left us hanging without a refund.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful, and I loved the bed and shower - it was a great place to rest. I didn't really have any issues during my stay, so that's a plus!
