The house is set in the countryside, a half‑hour drive from Gubbio and Città di Castello. The apartment is very large and overall well equipped. Some things weren’t working, but the owner acted immediately to accommodate us. There is a nice garden with a new, fairly large pool. Overall, it offers good value for money. We were generally fine, but the impression is that there is little attention to detail (e.g., the external laundry room isn’t very clean, there was a bit of sewer smell from one of the two bathrooms, not all children’s toys are usable, several wasps near the pool). I note that there is no phone connection; internet is via wifi.

The staff are welcoming and kind. The property is excellent with a spectacular pool, ideal for peaceful moments surrounded by silence. The small cottage is equipped with everything necessary.

The apartment is really pretty, with a gorgeous quiet pool in green countryside. Everything you could need is there. We didn’t have a car, but the lovely host was so kind that we were able to get food and to the station to travel home.

“Soggiorno di pieno relax e distensione”

The structure is beautiful and well kept, the staff extremely kind, surrounded by green and silence, equipped with a pool and all comforts. The welcome was fantastic, with a complimentary crostata prepared by the owner! The road to reach the property is a bit rough in some places, unfortunately this does not depend on the owners but on the local public works that have ruined the road surface.

“Se si ama la campagna, si deve visitarlo!!!❤️”

A farmhouse in the countryside worth visiting! The owners were very hospitable and the place is pet friendly. We stayed in the "fienile" for two nights. The apartment was super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. During the first breakfast on the balcony we could hear the birds chirping! We were very satisfied, even our dog was happy! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Romina! 😍😍 Everything was perfect!
