The lodging was truly great, offering a full English experience. Gill was lovely and gave us directions when we asked. The evenings were very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable and well‑located in town. Parking was possible at the rear of the property. The breakfast was lovely.

A very nice and calm spot. The bed was comfortable. A welcoming home, a cat and family, and excellent breakfast! In fact, everything you need is there.

“Home away from home on the Isle of Wight”

Julie is a wonderful hostess. She takes good care of you and feeds you well. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is good and Newport is a very nice town. It was very central to all the attractions. My husband and I just loved our stay! The only downside was having to leave.

Location – very convenient for the town centre. A shed to store a bicycle overnight. A kettle in the room and a plentiful supply of teas and coffees. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom lighting was dim. There was no comfy chair in the bedroom. There were no biscuits on the tea tray.
