Breakfast was better than I expected, yet my room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I called the front desk, they said I had no other options. If that wasn’t bad enough, I returned the next week and was told I couldn’t stay because I complained about the smoke smell. That feels illegal and bad business. The facility was not worth arguing about, so I left and had to go again.

On Sundays, by 8:30 am, breakfast offers barely anything—no tea, and no one is there to serve. At reception, nobody wants to talk or listen. Best Western is a respected brand known for service, but the reception staff I dealt with showed no basic customer‑service training, lacking politeness and courtesy. A welcoming attitude and professional behaviour are essential, yet my experience fell far below those standards.
