The beds were very good, and breakfast—especially the option to have custom omelettes made—was excellent. However, the reception wasn’t always staffed.

Front desk staff was amazing. (All shifts) Love that the pool was open late. Couch in room could have been cleaner. Restaurant staff was not the friendliest. Asked for 2 sets of plastic utensils and was told they were only for restaurant patrons. Breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs texture was weird and they should have been a 3rd juice option provided

Right by the metro, the front desk staff were very helpful and well‑trained, and breakfast was great. The bathroom needed some renovation, and we got locked out of our room because another guest had locked the main door to our room and was smoking marijuana inside. We were moved to another room, but its bathroom was peeling and also needed renovation.

I found the place super comfy and huge, but the breakfast ran out of what they had and they never restocked.
