The pool area is lovely, though all the sun loungers are broken so the backs don’t stay upright; it’s close to everything and centrally located. The room was just okay—nothing special, a bit basic, the bed wasn’t super comfy, and our loft room had very steep stairs to climb.

The bar area had staff chatting loudly on speaker phones, and several people were using revoltingly sickly vapes; a free‑range cat claimed the entire site as its domain, constantly wandering into our apartment—I'm allergic to cats, so that was a real problem, and the staff only replied “it’s a very friendly cat,” which was not helpful.
