The hotel was very clean and I had a comfortable stay; the provision of drinks (cava) was also appreciated. The only complaints were the noise and that there was no coffee service in the room.

HOTEL ARRiZUL CONGRESS is set in San Sebastián's Gros district, 300 metres from Kursaal and La Zurriola beach. Modern rooms feature flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, and free minibars. The hotel offers suites, duplex rooms, and a gym. Buffet breakfast is served daily. It's within walking distance to restaurants, 8 minutes from Old Town, and 300 metres from Victoria Eugenia Theatre.

The location is great, within walking distance of the old town, the beach, the bus and train station, public transport, and bars. The modern, comfortable hotel had a single room that was fine, though it didn’t have extra space, but the bed was very comfortable and the size was good. The courtesy of beverages in the room was a nice touch, as was the coffee and drinks in the lobby in the afternoon. A slightly larger room and more hanging pegs in the bathroom would be better.

The staff were super nice and accommodating, and the room was cleaned to perfection every day; the shower was fantastic. The location was amazing, and I would definitely return. The only downside is there are no coffee facilities in the room, though downstairs in the lobby you can use them from 12.00, which turned out to be fine because there are so many great cafés and restaurants nearby, so it wasn’t really an issue; it just made you get up and go out early.

The hotel sits in the center, within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The walls were thin, but overall the place stayed quiet.

The service was very pleasant and I was very well received. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of good fruit; omelettes, fried and boiled eggs were available. The breakfast area was quiet and peaceful. A shop was right across the street if you needed anything, and it was a short walk to restaurants. Everything was fine.
