Getting there was easy and the staff were friendly, but the stairs to the room were sketchy, the window was broken, and there was no deadbolt on the door. While the sheets were clean, a smell lingered in the room and there was residue on surfaces.

The hotel is within walking distance of nearby restaurants, but one night the upper‑floor guests caused a disturbance.

When we checked in I asked for a total of four towels in my double queen bedroom, yet we only received two; I had to request the extra towels and finally got all four. By the time we checked out there was no soap at all in the shower or bathroom, no Kleenex, and no garbage can. I was quite frustrated. The room was only “cleanish” – after I took off my sandals I felt sand on the floors. During my shower I had to reattach the hot tap because it had come loose from improper installation.
