I loved how cozy and well‑designed the hotel felt, but we were unlucky to get a room that was a bit “off”, meaning it had a lot of stairs, and because I was traveling with an elderly person, I would have preferred to know that in advance.

The breakfast was fantastic with an incredible variety of tasty options, the staff were very friendly and service‑oriented, and the beds were comfortable. However, the parking at the hotel was full, so we had to park elsewhere, and the kids’ room/activity room had no paper in the corner, broken ping‑pong balls, and a rather sparse selection of toys.
