Le personnel a été très aidant et sympathique, la chambre était propre et correspondait bien à ce que j’attendais. Le lieux est calme également. Un seul petit bémol c’est le bruit de la clim qui est juste derrière notre fenêtre de chambre (ventilation extérieure) qui fait du bruit et a gêné mon partenaire dans la nuit. Nous avons tout de même bien apprécié notre séjour, merci encore

All thanks to the hotel management. The service was excellent, the cleanliness very good, and the staff were also excellent, especially Mr. Adham, and at night Mr. Mohammed and Mrs. Noor who prepared the breakfast. I recommend visiting.

The staff were very kind and helpful (thanks Mohamed). The location is good and offers different tours. We went on a Giza and old town tour. A very highly recommended guide named “Jimmy” – amazing and well prepared! I also want to thank the hotel for their honesty – we paid $100 more without notice and they refunded us!
