The staff was friendly, the restaurant lovely, the view from the premises excellent, the place clean, and the warm pools inviting. The huge, cozy area has plenty of rest zones (loungers, hammocks, fire‑pit chairs). Everything was basically enjoyable. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Everything was very enjoyable. The room was immaculately clean, tidy and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive – definitely 5+. The location was also great. I especially want to highlight the restaurant – the cuisine was very tasty, dishes of high quality, 5+. The only thing that slightly spoiled the overall impression was the behavior of one waiter in the restaurant and one receptionist. Their communication and attitude towards us were not as friendly and professional as we would have liked. At one point it felt as if we had come not to relax as guests but to visit them for a birthday and were somehow intruding. I would have liked a more cordial and attentive treatment of guests. No other remarks.

The location is unbeatable with 365‑degree views over Bukovel, a rare find in a busy resort, and the landscaped leisure areas with fireplaces and private relaxation spots feel very exclusive. Both outdoor pools offer stunning vistas and plenty of privacy, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the breakfast is astonishingly tasty with a wide range of creative à‑la‑carte dishes and daily buffet changes. The restaurant area is well laid out, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a special Bukovel experience—don’t miss the sauna “баня,” which includes a unique relaxation room. The staff are consistently friendly, professionally trained, always smiling, and quick to respond to any request.

The room was clean, but there was a sewage smell and no bedside table to keep personal items, and the staff seemed incompetent.
