The service attitude was good, but the elevator was a bit narrow.

The hotel is close to the train and metro station, making travel convenient, and the environment is clean and pleasant, but the streets around the hotel are dirty and crowded with many immigrants.
The receptionist was very cordial, the breakfast was good and worth the extra cost, but the elevator was small and the bathroom shower stall was also small.
The location and room size were excellent; the breakfast could use a bit more fruit, and while it’s well connected to Termini, many interesting places are also easily reachable on foot.
