Even though I got delayed at Jeju Airport, missed the limo bus and got lost with the map, the front desk still welcomed me despite my late check‑in; I had arranged a sightseeing boat from Japan and they handled the reservation swiftly, even checking on the typhoon‑affected schedule on the day of the trip. The main Jeju bus stop shares its name with several others, and the map the hotel sent didn’t help me identify where I got off, making the hotel’s location hard to pin down—locals and taxi drivers said they didn’t know it either.

It’s dirty and poorly maintained; after spending a month in Seogwipo, I moved closer to the center to shave 20 minutes off my travel time and ended up paying more for a room that wasn’t in an orange orchard like the first one. One place cleaned every three days while the other was spotless daily. The facilities aren’t old but they’re neither washed nor cared for, which is off‑putting.

It’s a standard hotel and I had no issues. The location is good, with several bus stops and food options nearby, including the evening market.

On the second floor there’s a restaurant where you can get water, eat, drink coffee and the value for money is high; there’s a washing machine but no dryer, so you have to bring your own hangers to air‑dry clothes. The pillows, however, are very soft.
