The host was awesome, the downstairs restaurant was great, the room with balcony‑upgrade was fantastic, and the fridge in the room was a plus. It’s already pricey, but otherwise there’s nothing to criticize.

The location was great with a nice lake view, but the bar below the room stayed open until 2:30 am, and because the balcony was right above the standing bar, the loud music and boisterous guests could be heard clearly. Cleanliness was mediocre: the drain was full of hair and I found hair in the shower that wasn’t mine. We also spotted two spiders with large webs on the ceiling and above the balcony door.

The balcony offered a fantastic view, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped.
