From the moment of booking, they reached out to help with arrival and to check for any breakfast intolerances. The atmosphere is super family‑like and makes you feel at home. Everything was tidy and the location excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay and felt comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. We especially appreciated the staff – everyone was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to our questions or requests. They truly took good care of the guests. The hotel’s location was very convenient. Public transport like bus or tram was only a few minutes away, sometimes even right outside the door. The area also had many cozy cafés and tasty restaurants, so there were always good options for food and relaxation. We also liked the breakfast and coffee. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

Very clean and quiet. The house and surrounding area were peaceful. The owners were warm and helpful. Tea and coffee were free all day, and there were a fridge and dishes. The bus stop was a 2‑minute walk, and the bus to Venice takes about 20‑25 minutes or less. I’d gladly stay again if I’m near Venice.
