The only staff we met was the host and owner, Romualdo, who welcomed us with great friendliness and availability. He’s an amazing person with countless life stories that he happily shares. The services matched what was promised. The whole house—rooms, bathrooms, common areas—is beautifully decorated in a rustic, countryside style that suits the natural setting. Everything is very clean and fragrant. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, and the many windows let in natural light. The breakfast area is a large table with several chairs next to the kitchen counter. The breakfast was excellent and varied, both sweet and savory. Romualdo prepares everything in front of us, explaining the process and ingredients with enthusiasm. Everything is very healthy. The accommodation offers quality for its price. The location is great for those who want to stay in nature and for those with a car (which can be parked next to the house, as it’s a farm). However, it takes 10–15 minutes to reach the nearest village where you’ll find shops and restaurants. Nothing to criticize. Note that the entrance to the house is on the road and very hidden; you need to follow the path until you find a wooden sign with the name Gallo di Rena.

The location is great, in a quiet area with a beautiful mountain view, and it’s convenient for visiting the beaches of the Smeralda coast. Romualdo is very hospitable and kind, and the breakfast is excellent. We felt very comfortable, just a pity the stay was short.

Good position near the town and the sea. The room was large, and the homemade breakfast was different every day. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home.
