“Property very nice, staff need better training”
The room was great and the burger in the lounge was yummy, but the mouthwash had been opened—yuck. At check‑in I wasn’t told we were eligible for free breakfast; I only found out at checkout. I think there was a mix‑up with rooms because our keycard stopped working, so they reactivated it but then called us down to show ID. I had already presented ID at check‑in, but it was ignored.
“Will definitely stay here again, just enough with extra fees!”
Convenient, well kept and great amenities. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and I love the streaming options instead of boring old cable. I didn’t like that you have to pay for a late or early check‑in; that’s a money grab and I don’t appreciate it considering the cost of a hotel room already. Either you can accommodate or not.
The spot is great and checking in was quick. The room looked nice and breakfast came free. We did spot a used sock under the sink in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was clean.

It’s within good walking distance from Mosaic Stadium, but the room was very dated and old, our faucet handle broke, and the whole room could’ve used some air—very stale, not worth $200.
