The boutique hotel sits in Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias; the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful; the room was spacious and the bathroom modern; the buffet breakfast was well prepared with a good variety; everything was within walking distance and the area felt very safe.
