The venue is beautiful, and the Mexican culture it showcases is lovely. The rooms are spacious and attractive. The pool is huge and pretty, with plenty of loungers and a kids’ area. The greenery is very soothing. Even though the beach was closed, the hotel was adequate. The staff sometimes prioritized foreigners, especially at meal times; even if you arrived first they would take orders from incoming foreigners and then leave you waiting a long time. The food was the same; only on the first night we had Mexican night, but breakfast and lunch were identical.
