“Convenient”
The room was large and spacious, but there was no breakfast available.
The price‑quality ratio was excellent, the rooms were huge, tidy, and the beds were huge with a very nice shower; however, walking out onto the street puts you right in the middle of a busy shopping street—there’s no sidewalk, so traffic buzzes right by, though it’s centrally located.
Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy by taking Bus 8411. The pool was small but nice. The bed was comfortable and big. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very nice. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the next room, so I had to use earphones during my layover. The air conditioner was weak or didn’t work, I’m not sure. There was no soap in the room so I had to use shampoo to clean my hands.
The hotel was friendly, clean, and the area was spacious, close to Phuket Old Town, but it was a shame that breakfast wasn’t served.

The hotel was good, quiet and clean, but we arrived late and the receptionist spent a long time trying to find our reservation; she stayed calm and kept saying “There is no reservation for you” even though we showed her everything was confirmed and paid for in the app, insisting there was none. We were exhausted from the flight and had to stand there proving we had a booking. The room is large and very clean but lacks coziness; they tried to make the furniture look high‑end but it’s impractical. The bedside tables are far from the bed. If you turn the tap full blast it works, but at a gentle flow the water splashes onto the countertop and floods everything.
