I visited a second time and the hotel sits in a fantastic spot within walking distance of all major attractions in Negombo. Rooms are clean with balconies, the pool is well maintained, breakfast is great, and the service is good. Nothing to complain about.

The location is very good and the hotel is clean, with a great restaurant right in front. We only found out, after asking, that on the last day payment had to be made in cash. The nearest ATMs are about 10–15 minutes away.

The location was spot‑on, the large room was quiet, the staff were helpful and breakfast was outstanding 👌.

First place that actually had good Wi‑Fi. Otherwise the room was very spacious with a nice shower. Room cleaning was offered daily. The location was central but quiet.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very close to the beach, restaurants, and city life, though a bit off the main road. The only downside was that it felt a little worn, but that didn’t bother me.
