The breakfast was simple but decent. The elevator was poorly maintained and jerky. The shower didn't heat up. The location feels unsafe to walk around at night. The night attendant, a strong man, seemed to be doing a favor. There was a staff argument in the kitchen during breakfast. The bathroom door didn't close properly. Everything needs renovation or maintenance.

The morning coffee was decent, but the room had barely any power outlets, which was a hassle for charging devices. Otherwise, nothing major to complain about.
“Good value, but noisy nights and uncomfortable bed”
The price was very reasonable and the hotel sits right by the main market, with a supermarket across the street and a cheap Uber ride to the historic center. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and a phone in the hallway kept ringing at night, plus the morning staff were noisy and woke us up repeatedly.
